Russia
  • Is a Federal presidential Republic run by Vladimir Putin and Dhirtry Medvedev
  • started in 1991
  • power is split up between prime minister and president
  • Served as prime minister from 1999-2000
  • Medvedev was the 10th prime minister of Russia
  • Contain 69 state
  • 5 federal services and 30 government agencies
  • Vladimir Putin was a president from 2000-2008
  • Way to get rid of the leader: overthrow the leader, assassination, start a revolution, impeachment, protest, vote a third party candidate
  Syria
  • Has a republic under Bashar al-Assad president
  • He terms are 7 years long and has served 2
  • Syria is a republic and does have elections but they are rigged
  • Bashar al-Assad has been lead by June 20th, 2000
  • He has been elected twice in a rigged election
  • In Syria the first time he was elected 
  • No other way than assassination because he uses chemical warfare and violence against his own people
Japan
  • Has been around since 660 B.C
  • Has a parliamentary government with a constitutional monarchy Emperor Akihito and Prime Minister
  • Akihito is the reigning Emperor of Japan
  • He acceded to the throne in 1989
  • They also have a Prime Minister
  • Abe was Japan's first Prime Minister born after WWII
  • was re elected in December 2012
