-        They had a monarchy with a King and Queen until 1792. In 1789 the French Revolution made

-        Francois Hollande has been in office since May 15^th  2012. Francois has been serving for 2 years.

-        Impeachment is a process where an official is accused of unlawful activity, and can now be taken out of office

-        Impeach in France since 2002

-        The president used to be able to serve a 7 year term that number changed to a 5 year term in 2000
